The certificate of attendance will be available on the conference website after the congress.

In order to download it through your account and starting from January 23, 2018, we will send you an email with your personal credentials.

For Sponsored Groups: please note that personal e-mail of each participant is required.

Certificate of attendance will be delivered only to registered participants who attended the congress.

An application will be submitted to EACCME® (European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education) and EBAP (European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology) for CME accreditation of this event.

For Italian Sponsors or Sponsored Groups from Italy the AIFA dossier should be submitted not later than 10 November 2017. The Italian Agency taking care of the AIFA pre-request is Info&Med, contact: silvia.rabotti@infomed-online.it.

The Secretariat will be pleased to send letters of invitation to any individual making such request. A letter of invitation often facilitates the procedure of obtaining a Visa. Please note that the letter is not a commitment on the part of the Workshop to provide any financial support.

The Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to Congress participants, either during or as a result of the Congress. Registration does not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that you take an insurance policy of your choice as you register for the Congress and book your travel.

The official language of the Congress is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

The secretariat desk will open on Thursday, 18 January and stay open throughout the Congress.
