HOW TO FILL IN A NEW DELEGATE:
Please complete all fields below to register the participants to the workshop.

Click on the green button “ADD A NEW DELEGATE” and then on the yellow button “EDIT” to insert the information of the participant.
Please insert: Surname, Name, Email, Country (if different from Italy), Specialty and Institution (eg. the Hospital).
Please select the fee (if delegate or staff).
Please insert the hotel information confirming the check out date and clicking on “CONFIRM THE HOTEL SELECTED”.

Please click on Update. You will now see the participant’s name on the list. Please click on the green button “CONFIRM”. The delegate will now appear under the list “EFFECTIVE”.

 

DIFFERENT TYPES OF LIST according to the status of the participant:
-> ALL DELEGATES: List of all delegates
-> EFFECTIVE: Confirmed delegates
-> PRESENT: Confirmed delegates that are present during the Workshop (this status will only appear when delegates will be on-site during the event)
-> PENDING: Delegates which are not yet confirmed. To confirm them you need to click on the green button “CONFIRM”
-> CANCELLED: cancelled delegates (they become cancelled after having deleted them)

In order to see the different lists, please select it and click on “LIST” to be able to see which participants are confirmed, pending or cancelled.
