1) Rates are exempt from VAT. In case of modifications to VAT rates, Lena Group reserves the right to inform the Client and readjust the quotes.

3) Please, provide certification. Students and Trainees coming from Area 3 Countries can benefit from “free registration” writing to the Organizing Secretariat (info@lung-health.org).
4) Please note that doctors working for pharmaceutical companies need to pay the Industry fee.

All registrations must be made through the website lung-health.org/2026.

For each registration, a handling fee of 20 € will be applied to cover administrative costs, bank or credit card expenses.

Accepted payment method: major credit cards.  Cash payment can only be accepted on-site where on-site fee will be applicable.

  • Lunch and refreshments during breaks as detailed and confirmed in the Scientific Programme (any other meals, refreshments and/or activity not detailed in the Programme should be considered as not Included)

VIRTUAL ONLY
  • Access to the digital platform and scientific content from the IWLH 2026 congress programme

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
  • Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat at info@lung-health.org.
  • Before 22 November 2025 all fees will be refunded minus 48 Euro for administrative charges. All refunds will be settled after the meeting has concluded.
  • After 22 November 2025 no refunds will be made.
  • Name changes will incur a 48 Euro charge to cover administrative costs.


From 22 November 2025, your reservation for registration will be considered as final and no cancellation will be accepted. The total amount will be considered as fully due, and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable. We strongly recommend subscribing a personal travel insurance.

Registration Fees for Healthcare Professionals

(1) BASED ON THE WORLD BANK CLASSIFICATION:

(2) Applies to those born after January 1, 1995, residents/fellows, those still in training and students. Please email or upload (during registration fee selection) a copy of official document indicating your age or a letter from your employer stating training status to be eligible for this discount. Without documentation, delegate will be charged the standard rate.

(3) Applies to nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, researchers. Please email or upload (during registration fee selection) an identification card or a letter from your employer proving your status to be eligible for this discount. Without documentation, delegate will be charged the standard rate.

Registration Fees for PAGs (Patients Advocacy Group representative), Patients

(5) Patient registering will benefit of all the regular registrations with the exception of the access to the main programme and the exhibition area.

Registration Fees for Healthcare Professionals

*INDUSTRY FEES:
There are two types of industry registration fees – Healthcare and Non-Healthcare

  • Healthcare Industry Registration applies only to healthcare related professionals and staff from pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics or medical education companies
  • Non-Healthcare Industry Registration applies to all professionals from non-healthcare industries, e.g. financial analysts, non-medical consultants, etc.

VIRTUAL FEE INCLUDES

  • Access to the virtual congress platform with sessions live streaming from Brisbane
  • Opportunities to interact and engage in online discussions during the live-streaming
  • Access to the on-line activities planned in the Association & Patient village including the Patient Theatre
  • Access to the recorded material on the scientific programme for the 6 months following the live event
  • Possibility to access on-demand parallel tracks in the days after the event for 6 months following the live event

Rates are inclusive of GST.

In case of fluctuations in GST the Organising Secretariat adjust prices accordingly by informing delegates in writing.

A handling fee of $ 25,00 (GST included) will be added to each registration for administrative costs, and bank / credit card fees.
